LITERATURE
- Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps
Both
Plastic and Metal -- Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps are ideally suited for transferring
water, chemicals, p
owders, paints, ink, glue, adhesives, latex, dairy products, and more...
- Diaphragm and Plunger-Type Chemical Metering Pumps
For very
accurate metering of chemicals, such as
acids, caustic, polymers, defoamers, colors. Hydraulically Balanced Diaphragm metering pumps are typically capable of pumping against higher pressures. Use manual stroke length to set your operating range, then use a variable speed drive to (automatically) adjust flow over that range.

- Progressing Caviity Pumps
Progressing Cavity Pumps are good for thick slurries,
water-like liquids, and shear sensitive
liquids. Progressing Cavity Pumps can make excellent metering pumps, and can be sized to pump against pressures to 2000 PSI.
- Peristaltic Pumps
These peristaltic pumps may be used as chemical metering pumps, or as chemical transfer pumps. They are available for sanitary and aseptic service, and the 800 Series pumps are used as 3A pumps..
- Mixers, Agitators and Static Mixers
From drum mixers and tote
mixers to portable mixers and large top or side entry agitators. We also offer highly polished all-stainless steel mixers for pharmaceutical and aseptic applications.

- Hose Pumps
These hose pumps are rated for larger flows and higher
pressures. Ideally suited for abrasive slurries, and shear-sensitive materials. The SPX Seris pumps include integral planetary gearbox and are very
compact. The original SP Series pumps established an industry standard.
- Flowmeters/Varea-Meters
The Wallace & Tiernan Varea-Meter products are a comprehensive line of flow-measuring instrumentation, ranging from the simple Glass Tube Purge Meter and Kynar Frame Purge Meter with 10% FS accuracy, to the Glass Tube Varea-Meter and Metal Tube Varea-Meter offering 2% FS accuracy (1% accuracy available ).
- Backpressure and Pressure Relief Valves
These valves are typically used with chemical metering pumps, and are available in
316 SS,
Alloy20, Teflon, PVC, and CPVC materials of construction.
- Chlorinators, Ammoniators, Sulfonators,
CO2 Feeders
(Note:
Please describe your application, so that we may offer the appropriate literature.)
Equipment to feed chlorine,
Ammonia, Sulfur Dioxide (for dechlorina-
tion), and carbon dioxide.
Liquid/Dry Polymer Systems
Complete Systems for
feeding dry or liquid polymers.
- Filters and Strainers
For process filtering and
straining; also water filters for large flows -- to
1 micron.
- Level Controls
Both probe-type and ultrasonic
level controls for point and continuous level. Also Presence/Absence detectors for piplines and to keep pumps from running dry.
- Fiber Glass Tanks
(Note: Please describe your application, so that we may offer the appropriate literature.)
All shapes and sizes, built
to customers' specific requirements.
- Polyethylene Tanks
Open and closed tops, in
vertical and horizontal configurations, from 5 to
12,000 gallons. Polypropylene in some sizes. We also offer underground water tanks in polyethylene.
- Ultra Filtration
(Note: Please describe your application, so that we may offer the appropriate literature.)
Separate soluble oil -- water
mixtures. Small portable units to permanent.
- Wastewater Samplers
(Note: Please describe your application, so that we may offer the appropriate literature.)
Non-clogging, especially well-suited for composite pulp & paper waste-
water applications.
- Centrifugal & Regenerative Turbine Pumps
(Note: Please describe your application, so that we may offer the appropriate literature.)
Motor and engine-driven.
- Pulsation Dampeners
For use with lobe pumps, diaphragm
metering pumps, AOD's, hose pumps, or progressing cavity pumps
. Available in sanitary, industrial, and in-line configurations to eliminate everything from coater "skippingr" to piping system breakage.
